How can joining instructions be captured in Learning items and communicated to the learning Delegate

Summary:

We have a requirement to capture joining instructions for the delegates to be able to see it, as part of the data. Is there any ways in which this can be captured at any Learning item level and shown to the learners as well from the UI. Also this needs to be send out to them via notifcations as well
