Excluding Transfer Order Returns as incoming supply in Planning

Summary:

We've been experiencing a problem where return transfer orders are being treated as incoming supplies; please see the screenshots attached for reference.

As seen in the screenshots, the intransit is being regarded return transfer orders, which should not be treated as incoming supply by Oracle because the material is damaged and it's not a good stock. Could you assist us in resolving this issue?
