Performance Goals just disappeared

Hi,

One of our client team members reported an issue. The performance goals were created by him in the 2023 Goal Plan in February. Till last week he was able to see them. However, they are nowhere to be found now. The manager as well as the employee confirmed that they didn't delete the goals.

Where could they have gone? Is there a way to track if they were deleted by some person/process?
