Allow Partial Shipment Lines in Drop Ship Sales Order

Summary:

We have SO Created for the Drop Ship fulfilment with the following controls set

1- SO Created for 3 line items

2- Ship Lines Together = Yes

3- Allow Partial Shipment Lines = No

4- Order Submitted > All Fulfilment Lines have created single PR & PO since "Ship Lines Together = Yes"

5- While Creating ASN, 2 different ASN Is created. > this results two different Logical Receipt & two different Logical Shipments Creation.

We suspect the control "Allow Partial Shipment Lines = No" is not being used in Drop Ship Order. Looking for the advice, is this the standard functionlity, using of "Allow Partial Shipment Lines" is of no use in Drop Shipment Order fulfilments?
