Supporting Details Option Not Displaying On Reports

Summary: Upon setting the "Supporting Details Option" to display after the Parent member for my report, I am unable to see the supporting details when viewing my report in previous mode. I have tried changing suppression settings, as well as reorganizing the dimension layout on the report, nothing seems to work. Does anybody have any experience with the Supporting Details Option? Has anybody by chance had this issue before, and know of a resolution? Thank you!
