we have issue in OTBI report CANDIDATE REJECTION REASONS but we miss the latest records in schedule

Summary:

Hi Team,

we have OTBI report thta is CANDIDATE REJECTION REASONS report for particular country when we schedule the report it's fecthing(Candidate Job Application Date) 2021 on words fetching on limit of 25k records so we apply the filter on Candidate Job Application Date is greater than or equal to Jan 2023, but report takes time on this filter(Still searching mode) and automation schedule also failing.

How can we reslove this issue through schedule the report on latest records .
