I would like a report that allows me to capture recipients that received shared candidate information via Recruit email?  See image below of the field/function I am referring to.  

Ideally, I would like to capture the following:

1. Recipient name
2. Recipient email address
3. Candidate shared
4. Requisition #  

 

I found a few fields that I thought may work, but the report gives an error. 

Reporting (attached a sample OBI report)

Submission Correspondence (subject area)

1. Template 
2. CC Line
3. To Line
4. Date
