Journey Checklist issue with the eligibility profile

Summary:

I have a eligibility profile based out of fast formula and this profile is attached to the Checklist. On New hire and there is an attribute Worker category, when selected should enable the checklist under My Journey Tab. But it is not appearing. PFB document for the same.
