Can a cutom recruiter role be created which had restricted access to search for candidate profiles and download attachments from candidate job applications.

Business requirement - is to create a custom role for KPMG end users from Invoicing team.

Is it poosible to have a Role having - 1) view access in Hiring App 2) should only be able to search candidates and download attachments from candidate job applications.

Role should NOT be able to create/update requisition, create/update candidate, create/update interviews, View/Create/update offer details for candidates, create update campaigns, update pending worker, manage job offer action.
