Alternative ways to Schedule Reports, Agents and Report Bursting as opposed to using a Generic user

Summary:

We currently use a generic user which is against our IT internal controls (so have an open Risk we track). We are looking to establish if other customers have the same issue (so an idea can be logged) or if they have discovered a suitable alternative as the solution evolves

Content (required):

When a report/agent is scheduled by a user in HCM - this is linked to the user's user account

If the user that created the program leaves the team or the organization, their user account needs to be updated/reassigned to another user to allow changes to be made. This is not future proof and can / will be inconsistent going forward as more countries and more scheduled programs are put in place, A better solution is required to support the administration of automated report scheduling.

Howdy, Stranger!
