Unable to transfer subledger entries with Final status to GL

We are unable to transfer the manual subledger entries created via spreadsheet in FAH to the General ledger.


The subledger journal was loaded with Status 'Final' to Accounting Hub. Then we tried submitting the create accounting with the Flag for Transfer to GL as Yes but nothing is getting transferred.
