Can you update a contact field from a Campaign action?

Hi

We have a campaign where once the email has been sent to someone who has entered the segment we want to update field in the Eloqua contact record, which will in essence remove them from segment.

The use case for this is that the customer may return and fill in the same form that is populating the record and we want them to trigger the campaign again.

Hope this makes sense? Done lots of searching on here and in documentation / Google but can't find the right action, essentially an "Update Eloqua Contact" action is what I'm looking for.
