Custom Balance Group not working after adding a new custom Balance

Summary:

We are using a custom Balance group for one of our report requirement. Custom Balance group consists of many seeded Balances like FIT Gross,SIT Gross, Local Gross etc (attached is the complete list) with dimensions as Run to Date, YTD,MTD and QTD.

However, when we added an another Balance named as School Withheld in the existing Balance Group, followed by Balance group usage and executed the report, report is not giving any output.

We have tried creating a separate Balance group consisting of School Withheld Balance ,followed by separate Balance Group usage and that seems working fine. Not able to understand the root cause.
