How to get Approval notifications after Approver user name/email ID is changed

Summary:

Hi All,

For our business, they are changing domain names and hence there email addresses are getting changed from [email protected] to [email protected]

They are using email address as there user name to login.

so when we changed login names , they are not able to approval notification in their work list and when we change back to old user name-> they are able to see notifications.

so kindly help us guide, How to get Approval notifications after Approver user name/email ID is changed
