Talent Review Dashboard is not showing correct name format

Hi All,

We have created a talent review dashboard, and added some population. When we are doing hover on the person name in the dashboard, it showing Preferred Name and Last Name, and without hover it is showing Last Name and First Name.

We are excepting that it should be Preferred Name along with Last Name.

Please suggest if anyone has faced this issue before.
