Can an organization request a one-time quarterly update change to ONE of the non-prod environments?

Summary:

If an organization is updated with Cohort A (Feb - May - Aug - Nov) and will be testing an implementation in "Non-Prod-Environment2", is it possible to request "Non-Prod-Environment2", in which testing will occur, be patched with Cohort B or C instead of Cohort A during the testing cycle-- without impacting the Cohort A update cycle for the other Non-Prod environments and Production?

An organization is already live in Production with some Oracle products, while implementing others. They have multiple non-production environments. When executing a test cycle in one non-production environment, is it possible to request a reschedule of the quarterly update for that one environment to another Cohort within the same quarterly patch cycle -- without impacting the regular update cycle for the other non-production and Production environments? For example, if the organization is on Cohort A (Feb - May - Aug - Nov) and will be testing an implementation in the month of August, could they request the environment
