¿Application Implementation Consultant role that allow me to control to the Manage user?

Summary:

A change is being made in the user matrix and currently an administrator user is being eliminated from specific roles, including Application Implementation Consultant. We need this user to have access to Manage User, so we are creating a custom role and we need to add the privilege that allows access to this module to it.Therefore we need it to be able to edit, view and manage users,

The visualization we need is:

Person Details: edit

User Details: display only

Employment information: Edit

Resource information: Edit

Role request: display only

We know that this role has at least 5,000 privileges, so we need to know exactly and urgently which are the ones that allow us to give access to this mentioned above in order to create the custom role.
