Suppress Attachment Category in Next Gen HR Help Desk

Summary:

Currently, I could see three attachment category displayed while creating a service request. My client requested to suppress all the attachment category and add a generic one and that should be visible to POC or Agents or Admin.

I belive these attachment category are seeded one and not able to edit or delete. I am to create custom attachment category.

Could you please help me in Suppress the seeded attachment category in Next Gen HR Help Desk and display only the custome one.
