HDL for behaviors uploading to the person profile. Descriptions of the behaviors are not populated to the UI.

Content (required):

  1. Do you know whether Behaviors can be uploaded with HDL to the Person Profile UI under the competency template? If yes, may you have any sample HDL example? The issue is that I can upload the competency data, but the behaviors are not appearing, moreover the behaviors section become non-editable after the HDL upload. (Competencies and Behaviors are added into the Item Catalogs.)
  2. Descriptions of the Behaviors are added in the item catalogs description field are not visible. Can we make the description visible on the UI (edit screen of the behaviors)?
