Unable to integrate OSMC with AR

Hi,

I tried to send bill lines to AR in subscription management to generate an invoice in AR, but no invoice is being generated.

Cause: I have some prior setup missing.

Could anyone please suggest on what steps to follow to send bill lines to AR?

I have been following the steps from the document implementing subscription management on how to integrate revenue management, but I am unable to complete it because ledger and BUs are not populating during the setup.
