Remove rating from referred candidate

Hello All,
We have a requirement where we want to hide rating from referred candidate page
We navigated to ME >> Current jobs >> Opportunity marketplace >> click on job opening >> Refer a candidate
To see list of referred candidate, we clicked on 'referred candidate' tab under Opportunity marketplace, there we notice rating is visible.
We need to hide that rating. Please suggest where where can we hide rating
