I found that we can mass update one time using the Customer Import Template for RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL to update:

But as a new account is set up pretty much every day and multiple times in different Business Units what is the best way to manage the set up as we don't think users should need to either manually do the set up each time within the Manage Collaboration Messaging set up configuration menus. This would be time consuming and open to error. Additionally we don't want to have to upload this customer import template one line at a time to ensure our customer's invoice would be able to generate the CMK message for invoice outbound.
