SMS Gateway Integration with OFSC
I would like to understand if a Middleware is mandatory to do an SMS Gateway Integration with OFSC?
The usecase I am looking at is to send Activity related Notifications and Reminders to Field Service Agents via SMS channel. I am okay with the Message Scenario triggers available out of the box.
So, can we directly connect a SMS Gateway by adding it as a Channel or would it require a Middleware like OIC, which connects to a SMS Gateway?
