The BIP Excel layout returns no data

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP 4 comments

Summary:

I downloaded a data sample from the data model, added the fields to Excel (creating a XDO_Metadata sheet). The template with the sample data looks fine:

But when I run the Excel preview, no data is returned:

I followed all the instructions, so why is no data being returned? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
