I have not recieved the refund for the verification charge
Summary:
I tried to upgrade my account. It failed, but I was charged 93EUR. My card was suddently removed. I added it back and was charged 93EUR again, but this time instantly refunded.
Content (required):
Since the second charge when adding the card back was instantly refunded, I don't think my bank is at fault for not refunding the first charge. I have waited for 7 days and the 93EUR charge is still listed as a pending charge in my bank account. Once again, I usually get refunds withing minutes. What can I do now?
