How to enable detect language for the standard skills like HCMV2 in Digital Assistant

Hi Community,

I want to know how to enable detect user language on Standard Skill like HCMv2 in oracle digital assistant, i have read the oracle document that i first need to create service of google translation Api, after that oracle document says i need to enable detect language in flow, i am not able to understand this part, as i have gone to the flow of standard skill but it does not contain system detect language(it should be false by default),kindly help me in this regard to identify where i should put this line of code in stand skill.
