Summary:

Can we do sandbox customization to make distribution combination and project related fields on invoice line into read only mode.

Business scenario: Users with a custom role which has a privilege to enter the invoice will input the invoice header, line with distribution combination and project related fields data. Another set of users with a custom role which has a privilege to edit the invoice can edit the invoice header, line but shouldn't be able to edit distribution combination and project related fields just have to read distribution combination and project related fields.
