Job Requisition approval - Recruiter > Hiring Manager

Summary:

We have received the following requirement for Initiating Job Requisition

  1. Recruiter will fill required details (Like Job, Grade, Department) and need to submit to Hiring Manager
  2. Hiring Manager will review these details and will add Job description and any attachments (related to requisition)
  3. After that, approval needs to go to the Department head.
