How to set the scheduled shipping date considering day-off?

Now, when order was created and creation date and request date is Aug. 11 (Sat) 11:00,

the scheduled shipping date is derived as Aug. 11 (Sat) 23:59.

In this case, I want to set the scheduled shipping date to be a working day(like 8/14 Monday).

I'm looking for setting for around the scheduled shipping date.
