Grant access only to "Performance Goals" in Goals (My client groups)

Summary: We need to remove the privileges that give access to the "Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing", "Goal Plans", and "Scheduled Processes for Performance Goals" section, and we need to leave access to the "Performance Goals" section.

Does anyone know what privileges need to be taken away so that I can only view these specified sections?
