Feasibility of signature in goal page

Hi Team,


I have a requirement that once the employee adds all the goals a signoff button should display on the goals page, where an employee will be able to add a signature once the employee gives the signoff and it will go to the manager for manager signoff on the goals page. Is it feasible to add a signature on the goals page?
