Anyone else not receiving notification messages from Customer Connect?

I'm not receiving notification emails from Customer Connect, even though they are all enabled in my profile.

Content (required):

I have notification emails all enabled in my profile, but I don't receive any update emails when there are responses to my posts, or any other time. As far as I can tell they are not being blocked by my employer, but I have no way of knowing where the problem is.

Is anyone else not receiving notifications?
