Is there a way to remove 'County' field from supplier address without any customisation in PO PDF?

Summary:

My Goal is to print the supplier address with out the county field. For suppose the above screen shot consists the supplier address which has address line 1,address line 2, postal code, county. Here County is 'Cook'. so can i remove the county field without any customisation?

Here Customisation means breaking down the address fields and place accordingly by user. I don't need customisation. Without customisation how can we remove the seeded oracle county field from the supplier address?
