Custom role to access Expense Transactions Real Time subject area

Summary:

I need help creating a custom role that grants access Expense Transactions Real Time subject area in OTBI. We don't want the users to have access to Expenses in app, just the reports in this subject area.

I am guessing it's in the Function Security Policy area, I just don't know what to choose or if I'm on the right track. Has anyone else built a custom role like this that would be willing to share their setup?
