Employee access to payslips and Tax Docs after termination
What options do we have in cloud for employees being able to access their Payslips and Tax Documents W2/T4 etc after they have been terminated and access is revoked from the system?
What does Oracle recommend? Is it recommended that employees are expected to download their required DOR before their last working day?
What are the other options - other than employee contacting HR and the HR providing him with the documents?
