GL Journal approval based on user roles

If the GL Journal (Manual or Spreadsheet) submitted from a specific user role has to go to a specific role approver for approval

Content (required):

We have a requirement in GL Journal approval, if Journal is submitted for approval by a user who has 'General Ledger accountant Requester' (custom role) should go for approval to user having role 'General Ledger Accountant Approver'. In the same way, if the journal is submitted by user with role 'General Accountant Specialist Requester' should go to the user with role 'General Ledger Accounting Specialist Approver' for approval.

'General Ledger accountant Requester' may assign to 5 users and 4 / 5 user may have 'General Ledger accountant Approver' role. If any on the 4/5 users approved, then the journal should approve.
