Can a hyperlink be added to My Compensation page?

Summary:


Content (required): Is is possible to add a hyperlink to the My Compensation page? If so, how and can the hyperlink only be seen by a specific country? We have tried via page composer, but have been unsuccessful (see attached for what we tried).
