How to limit/truncate the output Document Name to just 80 Character length on DOR

Summary:

We have created Autocomplete rules for Document Records where the Document Name defaulted as "LastName_FirstName_PersonNumber_DocumentType_DD-MMM-YYYY", BUT some document types rendered an Error due to exceed character length of 80, see below screenshots. How should we limit the character or add another condition to not display that error or leave it blank?
