Is it possible to customize / personalize the Directory search

Is it possible to customize / personalize the Directory search where we have a requirement to add additional details such as Department, Divisions etc.
Content (required):
In HCM Design Studio Search Configuration (Worker's LOV),
Person Name, Business Title, Email, Person number are the details which are available by default and Add button is disabled unless we delete any of the above four details. When tried to click on Add post deletion, I'm able to add only the above-mentioned details of the worker instead of the details as per requirement.
Is there any setup/configuration available that will allow us to achieve this requirement.
