How the Client currently manages compensation plans

The client is currently implementing the compensation module and has setup a number of compensation plans – with most a plan usually covering a Business Unit. These Business units may themselves have multiple countries.

Plans are managed by a central HR team via the Compensation Administrator role (creation of the plan, transfer to core HR…) and local HR teams via the Compensation Manager role (day to day management of the campaign, interactions with managers, mass imports…)

Description of the issue

The problem faced by the client is linked to the local HR role. The basic requirement of the client is for the local HR’s in the Business Units (Compensation Manager role) to be able to view the plan and act on it for the entire population in their scope (defined via their AOR’s) and at the same time be limited to their scope (not see additional employees).
