Is it possible to create service request template for outbound communication
Summary:
We are sending out outbound queries/communications like probation reminders, mandatory training reminders to line manager or employees using HR Helpdesk, to generate a ticket and centralized all messages inside HRHD. However, as there's a lot of different fields to populate every time you create a single ticket, it takes time for admin to send out all the reminders needed using HRHD.

While SmartText in HRHD is helpful for template message/service request details, is it also possible to create a template ticket with pre-populated fields (like Title, Category, Queue etc.) depending on the outbound communication to be sent?
