Setup task does not appear in "Setup and Maintenance" after patch update 23C

Content (required):

I am trying to search for task "Manage Bank Statement Transaction Codes" in the "Setup and Maintenance" page using the search bar. Before patch 23C is updated, I could find the search results, but after the patch I am unable to locate the task in that page but needed to click the "Task" button on the right and click "Search" and search the task in another search page. In that search page I am unable to click actions and export the task to csv file using actions button.
