Parse XML details out in Message Scenario

Is it possible to parse out details in a property that is sent in XML format via Message Scenario?

Example is: propertyA is created with the value of "<details>\r\n<data>\r\n<transferId>1</transferId>\r\n<trackingNumber></trackingNumber>\r\n<itemNumber>123</itemNumber>\r\n<quantity>1</quantity>\r\n<scheduledDeliveryDateTime></scheduledDeliveryDateTime>\r\n</data>\r\n<data>\r\n<transferId>1</transferId>\r\n<trackingNumber></trackingNumber>\r\n<itemNumber>123</itemNumber>\r\n<quantity>1</quantity>\r\n<scheduledDeliveryDateTime></scheduledDeliveryDateTime>\r\n</data>\r\n</details>"

And if I wanted another property to extract the details out of <itemNumber> data tags, is that possible in message scenarios?
