Address change - Person Change Causes Life Event based on Benefit Service Area

Summary:

We are trying to create an address change life event trigger for employees-based on list of postal codes are captured in Benefit Service Area. The conditions to trigger the life event are as follows:

• Trigger address change life event when employee moves from blue choice in network to outside network.
• Trigger address change life event when employee moves from one of the blue choices outside network to in network.
• Shouldn’t trigger address change life event when employees move within outside network.
• Shouldn’t trigger address change life event when employees move within in network.

There are around 2000 eligible postal codes is captured in benefit service area and used in the eligibility profile.
