Next Gen Help Desk - Queues Not Updating in Landing Page; Can't Filter by Queue
We have an issue where Queues are not updating or displaying in our Help Desk Requests landing page. Due to the Queues not updating, this in turn seems to cause the search filters to not work - filtering by "I am a member of the Queue" returns no results.
Our Queue field uses the default delivered template in Visual Builder and appears to work fine within the service request create/edit pages - all HR Help Desk Queues are displayed in the dropdown and can be selected, and selecting the queue updates the field in the details page also. However, the column for Queue and Queue Name are not updated to show any queues in the landing page.
