We are facing a hard error when we try to add new option to existing benefit plans. This is after Release 13 Update 18B August Patch. 

Error Message - You cannot make effective dated updates to the plan function configuration. (BEN-991207)

There is a bug that already exists for this on Oracle Support - Bug 28249712 : ERROR ADDING OPTION TO PLAN 

In response to our SR, Oracle has said the fix is available in the next quarterly update which is November, Our Annual Enrollment/Open Enrollment season is October 15 to October 31. Any one else facing this? Any suggestions or work arounds?
