Summary:

Client request: Has anyone implemented a solution to route worksheet approvals to proxy managers? Our client has around 30 senior leaders who have assistants (proxy manager). These Proxy managers would perform the worksheet review/update and approval on behalf of the original leader. Has anyone had issues with the delegate feature?

Solution implemented: Approval routing was applied in the configuration set up. We used employee Danica smith. However is not working as expected. We expected to Danica in (2) plans (SGUE and Test CC). Please pictures below

1- Danica Smith MSS account only shows one called SGUE. We are aiming she can see Test CC plan to complete approval
