    Hello,

    I'm looking into the Form feature of IA for a customer implementation and wanted to confirm if 'Analytics Publisher' is required to setup these forms with data from the submitted interview - is this an extra licence cost too?

    I have played around with the Healthy Eating example but struggling to understand where the attribute data gets setup on these pdfs/.rtf.

    Can creating one of these forms that show interview data be achieved with only a PDF editor like Adobe?
