RFQ Dealing with large lines related to projects.

We have a business case related to Real Estate business which requires creating purchase requisitions with thousands of lines through FBDI upload which is applicable, the issue here that only 500 lines only can be processed to sourcing so how we can handle this type of business valid requirement, also if we go with Large RFQ style and upload lines without Requisition how we can link its line with project number, Expenditure and Task number in order when creating Purchase order from Large BOQ will be allocated to project details?
