Using the Suspend Functionality in TEE Onboarding

Summary:

We have an automated process from Taleo to our Oracle e-Business suite platform that transfers the data once the final approval task has been executed. We run the process at 11:30am and 6pm. This has been in place for a few months. Recently we discovered incorrect start dates were flowing through and ending up in our payroll module. To stop this from happening, when the recruiter determines there is a change in start date, we are hitting suspend on the onboarding dashboard. The recruiter then updates the offer grid with the correct start date, and we hit resume. Yesterday we hit suspend on a new hire,
